These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GigTrack Pro website, platform, tools, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Eligibility

By using GigTrack Pro, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GigTrack Pro provides tools to help you track gig income, expenses, mileage, and estimated taxes. The Service is designed for informational and organizational purposes only.

GigTrack Pro does not provide:

Tax preparation services
Official tax advice
Legal or financial advisory services

3. Not Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice

All income summaries, expense reports, mileage logs, and tax-related estimates generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. They are based on the data you enter and assumptions built into the tool.

You understand and agree that:

You are solely responsible for verifying all amounts and calculations.
You are solely responsible for any tax filings, payments, and reporting obligations.
You should consult a qualified tax professional, accountant, or attorney before making decisions based on information from the Service.

4. Accounts, Security, and User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
Not bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to any account or data.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your actions or inaction.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Service. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of any data you consider important.

We are not responsible for any tax penalties, interest, or liabilities arising from the use of the Service or from inaccurate or incomplete data entered by you.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Service during the 3 months preceding the event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GigTrack Pro, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your:

Use or misuse of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

14. Disputes

If you have a dispute or issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
